"Current remodeling project includes converting heating system to a 92% energy efficient boiler, incorporating reclaimed old growth wood from deconstructed buildings, and super insulating wherever possible. Future plans include adding solar hot water heating, transitioning to LED lighting, and incorporating special energy saving kitchen ventilation controls."
